Fee Schedule: Every home is different and every family has different needs and resources, there are too many different scenarios to put a price tag out there on how much it would cost to get your home in perfect condition. But, what I can offer you up front is a room by room Home Analysis. This analysis will outline details what I feel you need to do and how either you can do it on your own, or how I can help you do it. I will first take a thorough walk through of the inside and outside of your home detailing every positive feature as well as the negative features. Once the walk through and assessment of your home is done and I’ve done a full analysis, I will hand everything over to you. At this point, it is up to you, you now can immediately start working on some of the work yourself or you can let me get to work or we can work together! If you are not handy, don’t worry, whether its big project or a small project, I am here to help you. I have over 10 years experience in home remodel, construction, painting, faux finishing, staging, re-design and so much more!

Pre-Open House Fluff: Need a final walk through before your open house to make sure everything looks just right? Just give me a call to set up an appointment and I will be there before possible buyers arrive to view your home, making sure everything looks just right! Only $40.00 per hour. (Usually only one hour, two hours maximum) |
