In the ideal world, it’s much more beneficial to have your home staged with furniture and accessories but I understand that sometimes can’t happen. So, that’s why I am now offering Virtual Staging. How does it work? Easy! You send me pictures of the room or rooms and I will digitally add in seating arrangements, décor, lighting, accessories, etc. This way, buyers will visually be able to see what the room will look like with furniture. It benefits everyone, sellers in a tough place can afford this, agents can use the “staged” pictures on their flyers and handouts and potential buyers can see each room with furniture fit to scale….
